RefundPolicy
Unless otherwise provided in the information related to the event or item being purchased, you may request a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. No refund for an FIU Alumni Association event will be provided after 15 days from the date of purchase, however, in the event you overpaid for an event, the overpaid amount will be refunded to you upon your request at any time.
Our refund policy is not applicable in the occasion that an event or product is purchased through a third party. In that case, the third parties refund policy will apply to the purchase.
You must submit any requests for refund in writing to the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@fiu.edu. Your failure to submit the refund request in a timely manner waives any claim you have to a refund.
