Palm Beach is home to more than 6,000 FIU graduates, many of which are interested in preserving their ties with FIU after graduation. The Palm Beach Alumni Chapter’s objective is to help keep alumni connected with FIU. Our chapter sponsors and participates in a variety of activities that support our university. These areas of support include academics, athletics, school spirit, community relations and student recruitment.

The chapter participates in college fairs and admission receptions to encourage the best students in the area to go to FIU and inform them of financial assistance. We also promote school spirit by coming out and showing support for our athletic programs. In building our relationship with the community, our chapter participates in community service projects for Panther Day of Service.

The chapter sponsors major social events each year where alumni gather, network and just have a good time. These events usually feature a guest speaker from FIU. In the summer, prior to the start of the new school year, we host a barbecue for all entering freshman and their parents. This gives us alumni the opportunity to meet and greet our newest Panthers!

The Palm Beach Alumni Chapter is only as strong as its members and the chapter has no annual dues. If you have been to previous events, we are looking forward to seeing you again this year.
