The Kopenhaver Center for the Advancement of Women in Communication will be starting a new mentorship program, Women Professionals Mentorship Alliance. The program will be aimed at matching women who have been working 1–3 years in the communications field with seasoned communications professionals with 10+ years of experience.

If you are a professional looking for the perfect opportunity to give back or are a young woman looking to learn from those who are successful in your field, then this is the program for you!

During the six-month long duration, grads will experience networking, mentoring, shadowing and leadership opportunities designed to complement the Kopenhaver Center’s mission of empowering women professionals and developing leaders who can make a difference in the community. Mentors will periodically meet and talk with their mentees, as well as invite them to participate in various networking events and professional development opportunities.
