FIU Women’s Basketball vs. Rice – Honoring Former Head Coach Cindy Russo

Faculty, staff and retirees are invited to take advantage of discounted women’s basketball tickets – only $1 each — for the FIU women’s basketball game versus Rice on Saturday, February 20, at 12 Noon.  We hope that you’ll come out and be a part of a very special day, as the FIU Athletic Department honors former FIU Women’s Basketball Head Coach Cindy Russo.  Russo was the driving force behind FIU women’s basketball for 36 years and is one of the NCAA’s winningest coaches.

HOW: Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting the University Credit Union Box Office, located at the R. Kirk Landon Fieldhouse. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employees can also purchase tickets on game day at the FIU Arena Box Office, beginning at 11:00 a.m. A valid FIU employee ID must be presented at the time of purchase.

In addition, tickets can be purchased online at www.FIUSPORTS.com.  Simply click on the ticket home page, the event, the “SPECIALS & STUDENTS” tab, and then enter code: EMPLOYEE.  All online tickets will be held at will call, located at the FIU Arena Box Office.  A valid FIU employee ID must be presented at the time of ticket pick up.
