That\u2019s when, in January of 2010, American volunteer Julie Colombino \u201903 initially heard an unexpected refrain, mostly from local women: \u201cNeed a job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FIU alumna\u00a0is the founder and CEO of REBUILD globally, a nonprofit organization that fights poverty in Haiti through education, job training and business development.
