A PEO provides a service under which an employer can outsource employee management tasks, such as employee benefits, payroll and workers\u2019 compensation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PEO Industry Statistics in the State of Florida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO), PEOs develop lasting relationships with their clients. Due to strong client satisfaction, PEOs enjoy a nearly 86 percent client retention rate.<\/p>\n<p>The FAPEO surveyed to determine the size of the PEO industry. PEOs employ more than 700,000 employees, serve over 50,000 companies, and pay $24 billion in payroll, making the PEO industry one of the largest employers in the state of Florida.\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fapeo.org\/how-peos-help-small-businesses\/\" target=\"_blank\">Source<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>This partnership represents a new revenue generation source to the Alumni Association and is a resource for our alumni.
