As president of OHL-Arellano and OHL Building, Frank Vilar manages all operations of the business, including the construction and contracting of hospital campuses, medical centers, as as well as higher education, life science and commercial facilities throughout the southeastern United States. Vilar began his career at Arellano Construction in 1987 as a project manager and in 2001 became Vice President of Construction. In 2013 he was named President of the company. A registered licensed general contractor, Vilar has more than 27 years of construction industry experience and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from FIU’s College of Engineering & Computing. He is married to Gina, his wife of 29 years, and has two daughters, Daniella, 23, and Isabella, 21, who are studying at Bentley University and George Washington University, respectively.
