Vivian Dimond is a leading real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, property management and development.
Dimond earned a real estate license in 1984. Her first project, The Fountains in South Miami parlayed that triumph into a remarkable career that led to the establishment of a number of other partnerships, including: Dimond Development, Avatar Real Estate Services (now Brown Harris Stevens), Bayshore Grove Management, and Aman Group. Currently, she leads Brown Harris Stevens as the Managing Broker and Principal in Miami.
Dimond’s unrelenting spirit of entrepreneurship has garnered her recognition as Woman Extraordinaire, the South Florida Business Journal’s Influential Business Woman and a recipient of the Cal Kovens Distinguished Community Service Award.
A proud FIU alumna who holds a degree in criminal justice, Dimond was recruited by the FBI after graduation to work within its foreign counterintelligence unit. Today, she is involved with the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs.
