Cinthia Conde

Cinthia is a junior and Elementary Education major who matriculated in the Fall of 2018. She joined the FIU Student Ambassador program in the same semester and currently serves as the New Member Educator. She works to lead training efforts of Student Ambassadors and Student Ambassador Apprentice. Her favorite special event is the FIU tradition “Trail of the Torch.”

Cinthia is also the Development Director for Florida Latinx Hispanic American Student Union; where she works to achieve the organization’s goals through hosting leadership summits and workshops. She provides collaborative programming, encourages civic engagement, and promotes the development of student mobilization. She is also currently a Breakthrough Collaborative Ambassador where she works to create a movement of undergraduates passionate about educational equity by persuading them to join the Breakthrough Collaborative Teaching Fellowship.
