Bowl Bound: FIU Football Is Heading To Its First Bowl Game Since 2019!
With FIU’s thrilling victory on Nov. 22 over Jacksonville State – which was undefeated in Conference USA – your FIU football team is going to a bowl game for the first time in six years!
Led by first-year head coach Willie Simmons and our talented student-athletes, coaches and staff, the Panthers are set to represent FIU on a national stage. Bowl specifics will be announced in the coming weeks, and we will share ticket, travel and celebration information as it becomes finalized.

- Home Opener Chill Zone – August 29th
Join FIU Alumni for the Football Home Opener Chill Zone on August 29th from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in the Parkview Multipurpose Room!
Come inside and chill with us before our football team takes on Bethune-Cookman. Burgers, hot dogs, beverages, and water will be free for the first 100 attendees.

- Panther Fan Tailgate at Penn State – September 6th
FIU heads to University Park, Pennsylvania, to cheer on the Panthers as they take on Penn State University on Saturday, September 6th, at 12:00 p.m. Prior to kickoff, join FIU Alumni for a Panther Fan Tailgate from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m..
Travelers and locals are welcome—bring your family, friends, and Panther Spirit! For $25 you will enjoy our tailgate with brunch fare and drink tickets. Game tickets are not included in the fee. Children ages 12 and under are admitted into the tailgate for free.Are you a FIU Football season ticket holder? Purchase your game tickets through the FIU Athletics Ticket Office at 305-348-4263.
Non-season ticket holders can purchase their tickets here. FIU fans will be in sections WG and North Upper End Zone.

Tailgating Information
Tailgating continues in Tamiami Park for the Panthers football season. The Cuban Memorial Area of the park, southeast of FIU Football Stadium, is the perfect setting to enjoy pre-game activities.
Tailgating begins six hours before kickoff during our Saturday home games and at 3 p.m. during weekday games. For the final home game on November 30, tailgating will begin four hours before kickoff.
